  Wish I could leave no starts unfortunately that is not an option...I went with hopes of switching banks I currently have Bank of America... the lady who was there had medium brown or black hair... she was extremely rude & racist!!! When asked about my status she was very condescending! Disrespected me when I misunderstood when she asked if I had a passport or not and I said no and she looked at me with disbelief!! If you are Hispanic or a person of color stay away from this location!!!

  This is one of the worst banks I've ever went to. I had to make a wire transfer from my account here to my other bank out of state to fix my negative balance(no citizens bank in IL) so I was told there was a fee for me to make the wire transfer ok...But he didn't tell me there would be another fee on my out of state account to recieve the wire transfer.....back to square one....people who work here have no common sense, might change banks.
