  Before reading any reviews. Pick up the phone and try to call them. If you can reach them after 50 phone calls, I'll edit my review. I applied for a home equity line, after 100's of empty promises and me providing ALL all my paperwork that was needed on the 1st day, I'm in the same place as I was 2 months, which is no where. They don't answer any of their phones, the reps never work, the manager promises to call back but never does. Try calling them before you read any reviews. You will see for yourself. Want a bank account? The service will be the same.

  Don't go there. At 4:45 they were not available to help me. There's no one at the bank only me. I felt like why you here Can't help you because system is down. Is that the reason? No the reason was is 4:45 She was mean and rude.
