  Glueckert is a beautiful funeral home. My father was laid to rest yesterday. They were so professional, they made family and guests feel so welcome. I had a problem with the florist that I picked. Since the service was at 9am, I wanted delivery the evening before. No delivery and no promise of delivery in time. I called around Florists were closed or last minute deliveries were not available. I called Glueckert they gave me a florist name. I called Lofendo Flowers in Wooddale. They were closed, I left a message any way. Jim Lofendo heard my message and called me. He was kind and sympathetic. He put together the most beautiful spray and had it there by 8am. Thanks to Jim and Glueckert for making this sad day a lot brighter.
