- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Steer clear folks. This is not a good agency to work with. They will sell you up front on their wonderful service, then skate on everything after that just to close the deal for themselves. Poor follow-through, unprofessional behavior, errors in standard business transactions, you name it. Sadly, this comes from the top. We took issues to the broker in charge, Stephanie, and to the corporate office. They are more concerned about protecting their own than they are about customer service. Lip service to every issue.
